How RightLine Check handles your data

RightLine Check runs the check in your browser. Your note text stays on your device, and we don't receive your note text.

What stays on your device

• The SOAP note you paste and the check results.
• Saved visits, on that device only. Note text is wiped at the end of each day.
• Signing out removes everything RightLine Check keeps in that browser.

What we keep

• Account names, roles and credentials.
• Sign-offs: the visit ID, rule IDs and reason codes, kept in the audit log.
• Short feedback, only when you choose to send it.
• Billing details, handled by Stripe.
• Sign-in links are personal: each person gets their own, and your admin or RightLine can reissue one at any time.

Sign-offs you can trust

Every DC sign-off needs that doctor's PIN and a reason. Each entry is chained to the one before it, so a changed entry shows up as a broken chain.

RightLine Check has no ads, analytics or trackers. This website uses two first-party cookies to remember which link brought you here, and no third-party trackers.
