This policy covers billing, cancellation and refunds for RightLine Check, a product of BaneyGroup LLC ("we", "us"). It is part of our Terms of Service. RightLine Check is sold to US chiropractic practices for business use, not to consumers.
How billing works
- RightLine Check is a monthly subscription for each office, billed in advance through Stripe. Your first payment is charged at checkout, and the subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
- Within two business days of checkout, we set up your office and send each person a personal sign-in link.
- Extra doctor (DC) logins are a monthly add-on. To add or remove one, email us.
- Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply.
How to cancel
You can cancel anytime:
- Billing page: go to Manage billing. In Stripe's customer portal, confirm your billing email and cancel. You can also update your card and see invoices there.
- Email: write to support@rightline.io from your billing email with your practice name. We'll confirm by email.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Your office keeps access until then, and you won't be charged again.
30-day refund on your first payment
If RightLine Check isn't right for you, you can get a full refund of your first payment if you ask within 30 days of that payment.
- How to ask: email support@rightline.io from your billing email with your practice name.
- How it's paid: through Stripe, to the payment method you used. Timing depends on your bank.
- Your subscription: the refund also cancels your subscription, and access ends when we issue it.
This refund applies only to your first payment.
No partial refunds after that
After your first payment, we don't refund partial billing periods or unused time, except where the law requires it. If you think a charge is wrong, email us and we'll look into it. Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank.
If a payment fails
We may retry the charge. You can update your card anytime on your billing page. If it still fails, we may pause your office's access until it's paid, or cancel a subscription that stays unpaid.
Price changes
We'll email your billing contact at least 30 days before a new price applies to your subscription. If you don't want the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
After your plan ends
Your office can no longer sign in. Audit log records, such as sign-offs and acknowledgements, are kept for 7 years, even after you cancel (see our Privacy Policy). Saved visits stay in the browser on your devices. Sign out on each device before your plan ends; signing out removes what RightLine Check keeps in that browser.
